No, Beauty Pop does not have an anime series.
As for if it ever will - I'm not exactly sure but it will most likely be no. Most mangas that are adapted into anime are STILL publishing. For example, Nodame Cantabile, Naruto, Soul Eater -- all these mangas are still publishing and since there's so much to work with - they have been adapted into anime.
Beauty Pop is only about 50 chapters.
I doubt it will ever become an anime.

most anime comes out after 2 years AFTER the manga becomes popular ^^
